These terms apply when you use an inTENNtional or Faith Filled Family website, account, digital product, guided program, personalized service, or free resource.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and you accept the product description, price, licence, delivery method, and applicable policies shown at the time of purchase.
Business and Brand
These services are offered by Tenn-Lai, operating as inTENNtional and Faith Filled Family. Faith Filled Family is part of inTENNtional rather than a separate seller.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or a secure delivery link has been used without permission. Account access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
Guided and Personalized Devotionals
Guided devotionals are accessed through the customer account and may include progress tracking, reminder emails, videos, or downloadable tools. The access period stated on the product page or at checkout applies. Personalized-devotional timelines begin when we confirm that the devotional is in progress, not automatically at checkout or intake submission.
Personalized devotional intake answers are used to create the requested work. Customers are responsible for submitting accurate information and should not include information about another person without permission. Minor corrections may be requested after delivery, but a new direction, topic, recipient, or substantial rewrite may require a new order.
Website Availability
We work to keep the website, accounts, downloads, and guided programs available, but maintenance, security work, service-provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily interrupt access. Where practical, we will restore access or provide another reasonable delivery method.
Faith Filled Family Supplemental Terms
Faith Filled Family is a collection of digital Christian family and homeschool resources offered by inTENNtional. These supplemental terms apply to Faith Filled Family products in addition to the general Terms & Conditions.
Digital Products
Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, Faith Filled Family products are digital files or online resources. No physical item will be shipped. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, age or level guidance, file format, included materials, and device or printing requirements before purchasing.
Checkout and Order Acceptance
Product buttons may transfer you to Stripe’s secure checkout page. After payment, inTENNtional provides the order confirmation, private download or program access, and customer-account instructions. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing, listing, file, availability, fraud, or technical error.
Customer Responsibilities
Provide an accurate email address and billing information.
Keep account and password information secure.
Download and safely store purchased files.
Confirm that the selected product and learning level are appropriate for your household.
Supervise children’s use of the materials and adapt activities when appropriate.
Household Licence
A standard purchase grants one purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use within one immediate household. The purchaser may print reasonable copies for their own dependent children. A standard purchase does not include another household, tutor’s client list, classroom, school, church, homeschool co-op, paid group, membership, or commercial program.
Group Use
Teachers, tutors, schools, churches, ministries, co-ops, and other groups must obtain written permission or an appropriate group licence before copying or distributing Faith Filled Family materials. Educational and Faith-Based Nature
Faith Filled Family resources provide Christian educational and family-faith support. They do not guarantee academic progress, behaviour change, spiritual outcomes, or any particular result. Parents and guardians remain responsible for educational choices, legal homeschool requirements, supervision, safety, and determining whether a resource is suitable for their children.
Changes and Corrections
We may correct typographical errors, improve files, update links, or revise product descriptions. A future update or expanded edition is not automatically included with an earlier purchase unless the product page expressly promises updates.
International Purchases
Customers outside Canada are welcome to purchase where the products and payment methods are lawfully available. Products are offered by a Canadian business, and prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless checkout expressly displays another currency.
Your bank, card issuer, digital wallet, or payment provider may convert the charge and apply its own exchange rate or foreign-transaction fee. inTENNtional does not control those rates or fees.
Applicable sales tax, GST/HST, VAT, or similar tax may be calculated and collected at checkout where required. The customer remains responsible for taxes, reporting, or charges that applicable law assigns directly to the purchaser and that are not collected at checkout.
Digital products are delivered electronically. Customers are responsible for confirming that they can lawfully access the product and that their device and software support the stated file format. Product functionality, file type, permitted household copies, and any material access limitations are described on the product page or in these terms.
Governing Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country or region. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that applicable law says cannot be waived or excluded.
If a provision conflicts with a mandatory local consumer law, that mandatory law applies only to the extent of the conflict, and the remaining terms continue to apply.
